Answer: Soak the insert in cold water for up to 5 minutes and insert it into the hat. The cooling process starts when the airflow through mesh panel activated it. -

Answer: The Hat is made of 98% organic cotton and 2% spandex while the cooling insert is made of 100% polyester mesh on the outside and 53% polymer fibers and 47% cellulose fibers.
