Has anyone washed in the washing machine? I have the white, and they are starting to show scuffs etc.
Answer: I’ve only washed by hand which went very well. Have the black which also showed scuff marks. The soles and edges cleaned up well using 409. -

Answer: There are various colors. Check your size and see if your color is available. I ordered Black. -

Is the insole slick? I have a pair of vionic shoes and the insoles are very slick .
Answer: These shoes are not like the Vionic shoes I currently own. I buy Vionics for the high arch support. These shoes didn’t have it. The instep also came up too high. I sent the shoes back. I don’t recall if the insoles were slippery or not. -

Answer: Not machine washable. Just spot cleaning with a cloth -

Answer: The shoelace should be on the shoe as pictured. -

Answer: I usually wear an 81/2. I ordered 81/2 in these shoes and they fit perfectly -

Answer: The shoe does have an insert that is intended to provide arch support. I'd say the moderate support. They do not provide the arch support of an athletic sneaker but more than the average canvas flat. -

What is the us size for a uk 4 1/2 or eu 37.5
Answer: 6-1/2 to 7. -

In the photo, the navy looks almost like denim. Do they in real life?
Answer: There is one that looks like denim, but they do have a navy one, as well.
