Some users have reported issues with the product's durability upon installation, encountering mechanical failures promptly after first use. One user highlighted that the gear mechanism broke almost immediately, leading to a frustrating interaction with customer service, who attributed the fault to user error rather than acknowledging product defects. This incident raises concerns about the reliability of the item, particularly for those who expect robust performance out of the box. On a more positive note, another review accentuated the product's overall quality, indicating satisfaction with its performance and design, which speaks to the standards associated with German engineering. The juxtaposition of these experiences indicates that while the product may have elements of superior Construction, there seems to be a risk of early malfunction that could overshadow its advantages.
