    Answer: Its a matter of trial and error specially with bold. Their measurements are inaccurate. I tried from the smallest SX35, 45 and even 55. It’s difficult as with bold its only one side you can adjust. I ended up returning all of them.
  • Question: Does the door lock automatically when it’s closed?

    Answer: No it doesn’t. You need to press the button inside first then turn the outdoor knob. It won’t lock you out if you accidentally close the door.
  • Question: How do I get in if the lock battery dies?

    Answer: Video could not be loaded
  • Question: Could you install more than one lock and manage multiple locks from the same app?

    Answer: Yes! The app allows you to install multiple locks. Also, these locks can be shared with different people. So you decide who has access to which lock.
  • Question: Can Apple Watch unlock it?

    Answer: Not at the moment
  • Question: Could someone unlock the door from the outside by using a J shaped bar through the letter box to press the inside knob?

    Answer: Yes, think it could be pretty easily done depending on the letter box size. Do not understand why manufacturers do not put option in the app to switch off the press to open from inside? That would solve the problem simply.
