For the people that had their sandals break, has Chaco made it right? Has anyone gotten a replacement or refund?
svar: I realllly wanted to like this slide Chaco, very comfy. However, pitiful design for the stress of the strap from normal use. Broke 2 pairs in a month. All Chaco had to do was include a more durable ring for the strap or use more resiliant material. Come on Chaco, ya’ll make river shoes. You should know better. -
