svar: Since they are made of silicone, they expand and contract. They are not rigid and should be fine for walking. Be sure to lace up snug to keep them in place. Over time they can push the shoe insole towards the toe, but readjusting them every month or so should suffice. Running may make this movement more noticeable. -
