The installation is straight forward, but no hardware is included except for the mount and one-page instructions. It is expensive but cheaper than the alternative, and it looks very stylish. However, the suction cups provided are too small to stay in the holes, and some customers experienced issues with the subwoofer sliding out. Other customers loved it, found it to fit perfectly, and had no problems at all.
