SALVIMAR Knife ARES Black

The SALVIMAR Ares Knife has garnered mixed reviews from customers, with particular emphasis on its design and functionality. Users appreciate the knife's attractive and modern blade design, describing it as aesthetically pleasing and fitting for underwater use. However, many have noted that the knife's sharpness falls short of expectations. While it's common for dive knives to be less sharp out-of-the-box, several reviewers felt that the Ares Knife requires significant effort in sharpening before it can be effectively used. Issues with the handle have been a recurring theme among customer feedback. Reviewers found the handle to be small and difficult to grip, particularly because the sheath design allows for limited accessibility to the handle. Many expressed that this design flaw hinders the usability of the knife, especially when trying to maneuver it while wearing diving gloves. Some customers even compared the handle size to that more appropriate for a child’s hand than that of an adult diver. Overall, while the SALVIMAR Ares Knife is praised for its aesthetic appeal and potential quality, concerns about its sharpness and handle design may deter potential buyers. **
