It has a sturdy pull-up bar, dip station handles that can hold 1-inch plates, and safety bars that can catch the bar when lifting alone. The front uprights are high enough to lift off from a front rack. However, the dip station shakes too much, and it is not possible to do pull-ups with it in 8ft ceilings. Also, the rack is not suitable for Olympic size weight plates, only standard weights. There were several complaints about shipping, customer service, missing parts, and poor packaging that resulted in some customers receiving damaged racks or missing parts. The J-cup holders and safety bars can scratch the knurling on the barbell, which might be a concern if you have a higher-end barbell.
