About This Item
Introducing the MXDC-12 Dipping Cabinet - the perfect solution for your ice cream, gelato, or frozen yogurt needs. The MXDC-12 Dipping Cabinet is equipped with flat, tempered clear glass sliding lids that not only provide easy access to your products but also come with a lid lock and keys for added security. The removable pin allows you to keep the lid unlocked when necessary.
Plus, the interior LED lights enhance the product's appearance and make it easier for your customers to make their selection. In terms of functionality, this dipping cabinet has it all. It features a curved tempered glass sneeze guard for added hygiene (assembly required), a bottom defrost drain with a plug for convenient cleaning, and heavy-duty casters, two of which are locking, for easy mobility. The molded plastic lid frame is heated to prevent any frost or ice build-up, eliminating the need for a floor drain.
With its adjustable temperature range of -18째F to +10째F (-28째C to -12째C), you can ensure that your frozen treats are always perfectly preserved. The 2.5" thick foamed in-place, environmentally friendly polyurethane insulation provides excellent temperature retention. Additionally, the exterior construction is made from white coated steel, while the interior is pre-coated white steel, offering durability and a clean aesthetic. The MXDC-12 Dipping Cabinet comes with (6) hanging tub holders and skirts, allowing for easy organizing and storage.
With (12) tubs exposed for scooping and (10) for storage, you'll have plenty of space to display your delicious flavors. The cabinet has a gross storage capacity of 20 cubic ft. (566 L), ensuring you can cater to a high demand. Available in different compressor HP options and voltage variants (115V/60Hz, 120V/60Hz, 220V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz), the MXDC-12 Dipping Cabinet can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
Optional custom graphics and Zeroll scoops & spades are also available, allowing you to personalize your dipping cabinet.
