The gel formula helps it to stay in place and work on the surface for a longer time, allowing it to remove multiple layers of paint or polyurethane in a single go. While the product needs some patience and effort to work on vertical surfaces, it gets the job done effectively. However, it is important to use the product with gloves and ventilation, as it can be tricky to handle due to dripping. On the downside, some customers found the gel formula to be a little thin and runny, which made the product less effective in removing the stains. They also had difficulty in returning the product, as it didn't work as they expected.
