Vidalia Brands Indoor Grills & Griddles B00475J00A Editorial Review

**** The Microwave Onion Cooker has garnered positive feedback from customers who appreciate its efficiency and ease of use. Many users have found it to be a true time-saver in the kitchen, allowing for quick and convenient cooking of onions, particularly sweet varieties like Vidalia and Walla Walla. The cooking process is straightforward: simply peel the onion, rinse it, place it in the cooker, and let the microwave do the rest. Customers report that steaming an onion typically takes just 3 to 4 minutes, making it an excellent option for adding a flavorful side of cooked onions or even frozen vegetables. The cooker is noted for its ability to retain the moisture and flavor of the onion without the mess that often accompanies other cooking methods, such as foil or press-and-seal approaches. Users appreciate the simplified cleaning process, as it is easy to wash by hand or place on the top shelf of a dishwasher. Several customers mention purchasing multiple units for themselves and as gifts for fellow onion enthusiasts, underscoring the product's popularity. While many reviews praise the product's functionality, there are some concerns regarding its build quality, as a few users have described it as feeling cheap due to the plastic material used. Additionally, some caution that the contents can become very hot, necessitating careful handling when opening the cooker. Overall, the Microwave Onion Cooker delivers a highly regarded solution for maximizing onion flavor with minimal effort. **
