    svar: The Cotton Carrier Universal Adapter Plate supports almost any tripod mounts with a 1/4 threaded Quick Release Plate.

    svar: Absolutely! You can easily switch between your tripod and Cotton Carrier Camera Vest using this adapter plate.

    svar: I am using Nikon D7200's and I can tell you that they battery door is not blocked on those. I do believe these were all designed to accommodate the battery access. The plate assembly has some side to side play in the final position on the bottom of the camera.

    svar: No, the Peak Design clip will not work with Cotton Carrier. Cotton Carrier is so much better than the Peak Design version...IMHO.

    svar: Not sure what the difference is between new and old, but I just checked the Cotton Carrier site and this is exactly the same as what is currently shown for sale by them.

    svar: Don't know about the CC Bino Harness.

    svar: The battery should be accessible. I'm just using the D7200 but the plate does go from the center off to the opposite side of the battery compartment on mine.

    svar: Yes, that will work with a Falcam F38, they are Arca-Swiss in style.

    svar: It won't block the battery door.

    svar: I don't know about Sony, but it does not block access to the battery or SD card in my Canon mirrorless.

    svar: Use the screw to attach it to the bottom of your camera. Then slide the round part into the grooves on the Cotton Carrier Vest.
