The Vector Tools ISO/Bubble Flaring Tool Kit is a mixed bag. Some customers reported that it made perfect flares on nicop line and worked well for making bubble flares on a 1970 VW. However, other customers had issues with the tool not making consistent flares and not being able to hold the tube securely. Some also had problems with the bubble flair pin heads snapping off. It seems that this tool may require some modifications and guesswork without clear instructions. Overall, it might be worth spending a bit more to get a better unit.
