- Keep the beauty of your concrete or masonry surfaces without changing the color or texture with this clear, waterproof coating that protects against a variety of elements like water, salt, dirt, chemicals and winter freeze and thaw cycles. Use on properly prepared interior and exterior surfaces such as floors, patios, walkways, pool decks, basements and other areas inside and outside your home. Siloxane formula that penetrates the surface to help keep water out Clear finish that will not alter color or texture of the concrete Creates protective barrier for water, salt, dirt and chemical damage Protects against freeze/thaw cycles Opacity Clear Sizes 1 Gallon HOW TO USE Usage For use on properly prepared interior and exterior concrete or masonry floors such as patios, walkways, pool decks, living spaces, basements and other concrete surfaces. Prep For use over bare concrete and masonry surfaces only. Newly poured concrete must be cured at least 30 days. Newly installed pavers should weather a minimum of 60 days; excess joint sandshould be swept off the surface prior to application. All concrete must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, paint, sealers, etc. A high-pressure water wash is recommended. To spot clean, use Valspar Fast Prep Ready-to-Use Solution, following label instructions. Surface should have the feel of 120-grit sandpaper at minimum and readily absorb water. Application Use a roller or low-pressure, garden-type sprayer. While the first coat is still wet typically between 5-10 minutes, apply a second coat to maximize protection. Allow 5-10 minutes for final penetration,then use a clean, dry cloth to wipe off all excess that did not soak into the surface. Do not pond or puddle this product. Dry Time Dry Time 77 F and 50 % Relative HumidityTo The Touch: 1 hour - 2 hour Recoat: 5 minute - 10 minute Clean-up & Disposal Clean up with warm, soapy water.
