svar: I don't use cleaner with it. John st wipe off the oil. I washed it after about 50 games. I don't recommend washing it, and dried, it turned white and hard. Maybe don't put it in the dryer? I used it about 20x after that and it was ok. I plan to buy another one. (My husband Tom) 206 ave. first 300 game this year.
