The Pioneer DDJ-1000 is a highly recommended PCDJ controller that offers a robust, all-loaded feature set and an affordable price tag. The layout is similar to the combination of CDJ-2000 + DJM-900, and the size and operating feel are close to permanent CDJ equipment. The mixer section comes with an LCD that displays the respective FX status and is equipped with a BeatFX part on the right side of the mixer. The platter is one on the left and one on the right, and each one comes out by switching to 3/4ch with a button operation, so a little ingenuity is required, but this unit also allows 4-deck play. The DDJ-1000 comes with a rekordbox license key, enabling it to function as an audio interface and a PCDJ controller. The DDJ-1000 received positive reviews, with one customer stating that the machine offers a cdj feel and is truly excellent for its price. However, some customers had faced difficulties in the set-up process and needed to cross-check online resources.
