The 4 Pack 16mm Mailbox Cam Security Lock is a sturdy and well-made lock. It has a key that can be withdrawn at both positions, 90º apart, and the lock bar can be fixed in one of eight positions. The lock body is 16mm in diameter, with 9mm across the flatted part, and 17mm long behind the front face to the lock bar. However, there are a few issues with this product. One customer mentioned that the first lock they received didn't work, so they decided not to bother with the rest of the pack and purchased from another source instead. Another customer mentioned that the product they received had hooked arms instead of plain arms, but this was not a major issue for them. One downside mentioned by a customer is that they have been unable to find a locksmith who can cut spares for the double edge cut keys, as the blank for this profile is not commonly available. They are still trying to find a solution for this issue. Overall, this product seems to be decent and value for money, but may not be suitable for all customers' needs.
