Can I secure one side to front door and other side to door frame so as I can open front door?
svar: I would doubt very much this would work as most front doors open inward. -

Can it be locked so a toddler cannot open it?
svar: There is a locking mechanism on this unit, at the top of it. It's a push down & twist. It should be difficult for a toddler to do unless they're a genius & get something to stand on! Work's fabulous to stop my 3 woofers from escaping the lounge in summer & digging up all my plants! Hope this helps ❤️ -

svar: I’ve just measured my gate and it measures 144cm without the fixing. -

svar: Yes, I use the one I got around a corner. -

Do the walls have to be going in the same direction? We have a back wall and the other wall makes a corner.
svar: The walls don’t have to be in line but there must be 2 points to fix to. As the item is longer than a door width it can be mounted in various positions. -

svar: I’ve got a narrow one, it was fine. -

svar: Really don’t know, as it needs to be screwed to either side of the walls. Not suitable for big dogs. -

svar: Ah, I wouldn’t advise to fix with sticky adhesive strips. As the function of this gate is for safety. -

svar: I think you can ask for left opening or right opening, not 100% sure though. Ours opens and closes on the right. So the roll of the fabric is on the left. -
