The Windhager Insect Protection Expert Sliding Door Fly Screen is a highly functional product that provides excellent protection against insects. The sliding net door works effectively, making it a blessing once it is built. However, the customization process can be time-Consuming and challenging. The user needs to do a lot of math and cut the metal frames to fit their doors, which took a full day for some customers. A small error in the calculations can render the product useless. It is recommended that those who are unsure of their skills or do not have the time to customize the screen budget for an engineer or builder to assemble it. The instructions and measurements can be difficult to comprehend initially, but once understood, the actual assembly is quick. One downside mentioned is that the top rail is a single piece, making it cumbersome to slide the door onto it before fitting the rail. A two-piece rail system would have been more convenient. Some customers expressed disappointment with missing accessories for fixing the screen, while others found the instructions unclear and complicated. There were also complaints about the poor quality of the screws and the need for non-standard drill sizes, which led to frustration and improvisation during the assembly process. Overall, the Windhager Insect Protection Expert Sliding Door Fly Screen provides good insect protection once assembled.
