Another customer was specifically looking for a 5/6 rod and found that this rod exceeded their expectations. They mentioned that it has a light feel and casts well, making it a worthwhile purchase. A particularly satisfied customer compared this rod to their high-end American rod and found it to be just as good. They praised the rod's lightness, super action at the tip, and ease of casting. The specifications of the Maxcatch Sky High Series Fly Rod are impressive, with a fast action 9' rod built on a Japanese Toray IM12 carbon blank. The build quality of the rod received high marks, with no faults found in the reel seat, cork, whippings, and overall finish. Casting with this rod is described as a pleasure, with a tight loop and the ability to easily handle a full fly. The reviewer also expressed their delight with the purchase, noting that the price is unbelievably low Considering the quality of the rod. Overall, the Maxcatch Sky High Series Fly Rod offers customers an affordable option that delivers on performance.
