Can the cane support heavy weight?

Yes, the sturdy cane can support up to 250 pounds.

Is the LED light bright enough?

Yes, the built-in 4 pcs LED lights are bright enough to light up your way at night.

What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the product?

You can contact the seller and they will try their best to satisfy you.

How much weight can the arm in the middle sustain? Can you put a heavy backpack weighing up to 200lb on it?

Frankly putting that much weight (200 LBS) on a cane would make it next to impossible for someone who needs it to walk to use it, in my opinion. If you meant 20 pounds, the cane could likely handle it but it might be unweilding to use and I am not sure how you would secure the load to the cane.

Please make for shorter people? Way too tall at lowest. Bought for family member who is taller than me, but he couldnt use as way too tall.

It works for a person just under 5 feet

What is the difference between t-handle and f-handle?

I think the t handle just has the top handle and the f has another handle on the body of the cane that folds down to use when standing up.
