Another customer complains about the pillows being lumpy and losing their shape after just a few days of use. There are also concerns about the pillows being flimsy, thin, and not expected to last long. Additionally, some customers have mentioned issues with the pillows not providing proper support. They claim that when they lay their head on the pillows, the sides go vertical and suffocate them. There are also concerns about the pillows falling at a right angle when held up on one end.
